Happy Vegetarian Kids Cooking Healthy



Learn general health and vegetarian cooking for children ages 7 to 12. This course consists of videos with cooking demonstrations by Jordan Poch, a 12 year old who loves to share with other kids (as seen on TV), and lessons from the e-book "My Health, My Body" by Angela Poch, CN.

Written for kids ages 7 to 12, it is a great tool for teaching healthful living to children. It covers how the body works, why you need exercise, how to have a healthy diet, fresh air, and all you need to stay healthy. Comes with printable lessons and answer key! Great for home schoolers!

Hello and welcome to the Happy Kids Cooking Healthy course. Not just for vegetarians, this course is based off the book by Angela Poch, CN., "My Health, My Body" A Health & Nutrition Course for children 7 to 12 with an emphasis on a plant based diet. 

You will learn how to cook delicious, easy dishes along with how your body functions and how to stay healthy. So watch the first lecture video - Introduction and download the attached supplementary material 'Children's Health Course intro'.

The first real lesson in this course gets you started off with a delicious pizza. With two recipes on this video both younger children and older ones will learn how they can make their own healthy hot lunch! After you watch this cooking video lecture go on to Lecture 3 and learn more about your body functions!
